SIGMA Division Energo provides comprehensive services in the field of maintenance of pumping equipment, electric drives and HVAC equipment. The core mission of the division is to provide service activities for nuclear, conventional and hydroelectric power plants including other technology systems operating pumping units in cooperation and with full support of the technical and design facilities of the parent manufacturing plant.
The complexity of the service activity consists in ensuring the supply and engineering work including the drafting of design, construction and technological documentation, intermediary consulting activities, installation of systems and components, their adjustment, commissioning, testing, inspections, operational reviews, maintenance, repairs, reconstruction, and modernization, including relevant procurement and supplies of materials, drafting of relevant operational, maintenance and safety documentation.
Business
The Energo Division carries out business activities as part of its expanded service portfolio by procuring and supplying materials for its own service activities. In order to increase the technical utility value of pumping equipment parts, i.e. to extend their service life and ensure availability, reverse engineering methods are used with the subsequent manufacture of spare parts with higher utility value.
An important area is the design and manufacture of special equipment and fixtures and tools to ensure comprehensive service activities.
